Acceptance of Terms

The following provisions set forth the Terms of Use for this Platform (referred to herein as "Platform" or "Bliss By Shivoham"). This Platform is owned or operated by THIRD EYE HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED (who together with its affiliates, are collectively referred to herein as "THIRD EYE HOSPITALITY ", "we" or "us").

By accessing or using this Platform, you signify your acceptance of the provisions of this Terms of Use and other terms on this Platform.

Our Philosophy

Bliss by Shivoham is designed as a serene and mindful retreat, where comfort, respect, and harmony with the environment are at the core of every experience. We invite our guests to be co-creators of this peaceful space.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Checkout Note
Checkout time is 10:00 AM to allow us to thoughtfully prepare the space for incoming guests.
We understand that departures can be flexible, and late checkout may be accommodated based on availability and may be chargeable.

Thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, openness, and a connection with nature, Shivoham Farms brings together mindful living with modern amenities:

6 Single Rooms
Each room comfortably accommodates 2 adults, with the option of 1 additional guest (extra bed).
Suitable for small families, with space for 1 child up to 10 years.
3 Suite Rooms
Spacious suites accommodating up to 4 adults, with the option of 1 additional guest (extra bed).
Ideal for families or small groups, with provision for 1 additional child up to 10 years.
Dining Hall with Scenic Views
A glass-covered dining space offering serene views of the Aravali Hills, the expansive lawn, and the swimming pool—creating a calm and immersive dining experience.
Gazebo
A cozy outdoor setting for quiet moments, conversations, or small private gatherings.
Open Fenced Lawn
A spacious green area for relaxation, mindful walks, and light outdoor activities.
Terrace Space
An open area to unwind, enjoy fresh air, or take in the surroundings.
Recreation & Leisure
Swimming pool, table tennis, mini library, and carrom board—encouraging both relaxation and light engagement.
Private Kitchen
The kitchen is thoughtfully managed and operated exclusively by the Shivoham team, ensuring hygiene, quality, and consistency in all food experiences.

Children & Occupancy Note

Children below 5 years:
- Are not counted towards the total number of guests
- Do not require an extra bed
Additional arrangements for older children are available as per policy.

WiFi access available across the property.
WiFi is provided for convenience and is expected to be used responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

Bonfire setting near the round staircase, creating a cozy amphitheatre-like experience
Outdoor cooking area (for pre-approved cooking teams or arrangements)

Parking

- Limited on-site parking available for up to 3 cars
- Kindly note: parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk

Definitions

“Shivoham Farms” / “We” / “Us”
Refers to the owners and management of Shivoham Farms.
“Guest” / “Booking Holder”
Refers to the individual or group making the reservation.
“Guest Group”
Refers to all individuals included as part of the booking.
“Property”
Refers to the entire Shivoham Farms premises, including rooms, common areas, and the fenced lawn and outdoor spaces.

General Terms

We encourage all guests to kindly review these Terms & Conditions prior to booking, as they are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made (in part or full), whether through online platforms, bank transfer, telephone confirmation, or any other agreed method. At this stage, these Terms & Conditions are deemed to be accepted.

Our approach is guided by transparency, mutual respect, and reasonable discretion, and we remain available to clarify any aspect before or during your stay.

Our team may require access to rooms or spaces for essential maintenance or safety reasons, at reasonable times and with prior intimation wherever possible.
In case of emergencies, access may be required without prior notice.

Stay Experience & Inclusions

Complimentary breakfast is included with your room stay.
Guests may choose to opt for meals at the time of booking for a seamless and well-curated dining experience.

Meal Inclusions (Optional)

Thoughtfully prepared vegetarian meals are served at designated times:

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Evening Snacks: Tea/Coffee with cookies or assorted pakoras (4:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Meals are designed to complement the calm and mindful atmosphere of the property, with a focus on freshness and comfort.

Children Policy

Children below 5 years: Complimentary
Children between 5–11 years: Charged at a reduced price, as applicable

Special Allowances

Baby food is permitted
Medical or dietary exceptions are allowed with prior information

Booking & Payments

100% advance payment is required to confirm room bookings
Guests are requested to adhere to their confirmed booking duration.
Extensions may be accommodated based on availability and prior confirmation. Additional charges may apply.
Pricing is dynamic and based on:
- Number of guests
- Duration
- Season / usage

ID Verification

Guests may be requested to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking or check-in.
This helps us ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.

Conscious Living Guidelines

To maintain the sanctity of the space:

The property follows a vegetarian-first approach
Outside food is generally discouraged, except:
- Baby food
- Medical/dietary needs

Smoking Policy

To maintain a clean and serene environment, smoking is not permitted inside rooms or enclosed spaces.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in designated outdoor areas, while being mindful of the peaceful atmosphere.

Food & Dining

Meals are curated and served at designated times
Guests are encouraged to opt for meals in advance for a seamless experience

Gatherings, Events & Usage

Shivoham Farms welcomes intimate gatherings, retreats, and celebrations aligned with its mindful ethos.

Any event, celebration, photoshoot, or gathering must be disclosed and approved in advance
Subject to:
- Guest limits
- Noise guidelines
- Applicable charges

External vendors, décor, or setups require prior permission.

The management reserves the right, under reasonable discretion, to decline or restrict any activity not aligned with the property’s environment.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that any approved external vendors adhere to property guidelines.
Any damages caused during such arrangements will be the responsibility of the booking holder.

Alcohol Policy

Shivoham Farms promotes a mindful environment.
Consumption of alcohol is discouraged and any exceptions must be discussed and approved in advance.

Safety, Responsibility & Liability

At Shivoham Farms, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment and take reasonable care in maintaining the property.

Guests are requested to:

Use all amenities responsibly
Exercise due care, especially in outdoor and pool areas

While we strive to ensure safety, Shivoham Farms shall not be held liable for:

Injuries or accidents arising from misuse
Guest negligence
Unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

Swimming Pool Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all:

Pool timings: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Guests are requested to wear appropriate swimwear and shower before use
No food, beverages, or glass items in or around the pool
Pool use after alcohol consumption is discouraged
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
There is no lifeguard on duty; guests are requested to use the pool responsibly

Guests may consider appropriate personal or travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations during their stay.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning may be scheduled between 9 AM – 12 PM
This will be conducted with guest consent and convenience in mind

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be applicable for:

Group bookings (typically 4+ guests)
Multiple room occupancy
Event or celebration stays

The requirement is determined at the time of booking under reasonable discretion.

Refund Process

Refund within 24–48 hours post checkout, subject to inspection
Any deductions will be transparently communicated

Damages

Guests are requested to treat the property with care.
Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged at actuals with an itemized explanation where applicable.

Personal Belongings

While due care is taken, guests are responsible for their belongings.
Shivoham Farms is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.

Occupancy & Conduct

Guests must adhere to confirmed occupancy
Maintain a peaceful environment, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
Any change in guest count should be informed in advance

Cancellation Policy

7–14 days prior: Partial refund (as applicable)
3–7 days prior: Credit note for future stay
Less than 3 days: No refund

Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare situations beyond our control (such as natural events, technical issues, or safety concerns), if the property becomes unavailable, any advance payments will be refunded.
While we will make every effort to assist, no further liability shall arise in such cases.

Right of Admission & Continuation

Shivoham Farms reserves the right to take necessary action, including termination of stay, in case of a material breach of these terms.

Such decisions will be exercised with fairness and reasonable discretion.

Limited parking available
Vehicles parked at owner’s risk

Shared Responsibility

Shivoham Farms is a shared, mindful space.
We request all guests to:
- Respect the property and surroundings
- Be considerate to staff and other guests
- Help maintain a calm, balanced environment
Representation / Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information shared (online or otherwise) is accurate and up to date. However, minor changes may occur as part of ongoing improvements.

Support During Your Stay

We strive to ensure a seamless experience.
In case of any concerns or maintenance issues, guests are encouraged to inform our team during their stay so we can assist promptly.
